报告人简介：内田交謹日本九州大学经济学院教授，研究领域为公司金融、资本市场、公司治理,在国际顶尖金融学期刊《Journal of Financial and QuantitativeAnalysis》，国际权威金融财务类期刊《Journal ofCorporate Finance》、《Accounting andFinance》、国际著名期刊《EmergingMarkets Review》、 《Journalof International Financial Markets, Institutions, and Money》、 《InternationalReview of Economics and Finance》等学术期刊以第一作者、通讯作者发表高水平学术论文20余篇。

目前担任《AustralianJournal of Management》副编辑，《Japan Journal of Finance》编辑，AsianFinance Association董事，University of New South Wales和The University ofWaikato博士论文外审员，《Journalof Corporate Finance》、《International Business Review》、《CorporateGovernance: An International Review》、《InternationalReview of Economics and Finance》、《Asia-PacificJournal of Financial Studies》、《Journal ofInternational Financial Markets, Institutions, & Money》等20多本国际著名期刊的特邀匿名评审专家。
